Rita Longo, 82, of Greenwich, passed away on March 9, 2010 with her family by her side. Rita was born in Bronx, NY on February 20, 1928 to the late Peter and Caroline (Robustelli) Prisco. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 61 years; Louis A. Longo, Jr. in 2009.
Rita most enjoyed and loved her family, reading, cooking and helping people.
She enjoyed being a parishioner of St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church.
She is survived by her daughter; Rita and husband Michael Migliaccio, her brother; Michael Prisco, and her granddaughters; Marisa and Gabrielle Migliaccio.
Family and friends may call at the Castiglione Funeral Home, Inc., 134 Hamilton Ave. in Greenwich today (Thurs) from 2-4 & 7-9PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 12th at 10:00AM at St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church, 84 Sherwood Ave. in Greenwich. Entombment will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery, 284 Secor Road, Hartsdale, NY.
